Rooms with ocean views

Phi Phi The Beach Resort offers hillside bungalows with private balconies overlooking the ocean and Phi Phi Ley. Rooms include air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bars, and tea/coffee makers. The Sea View Deluxe Villa features a balcony with direct ocean views, while the Superior Villa has partial sea views. All units have pathways leading to the restaurant and pool.

Thai and international dining

The Beach Restaurant serves Thai and international dishes, including fresh seafood and BBQ. Breakfast runs from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch and dinner are available until 11:00 PM. Private dining is offered for special occasions. The Let's Sea Bar serves cocktails and hosts nightly fire shows with DJs until 1:30 AM.

Diving and island tours

Blacktip Scuba, located on Long Beach, offers PADI courses from Open Water to Divemaster. Daily dives feature turtles, leopard sharks, and coral reefs. Island tours include Maya Bay, Viking Cave, and snorkeling at Mosquito Island. Kayak and snorkeling equipment rentals are available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Ferry and taxi access

The resort is reachable by ferry from Rassada Pier (Phuket) or Klong Jirad Pier (Krabi). Taxis from Krabi Airport take 10 minutes to Klong Jirad Pier. Free boat transfers from Phi Phi Pier to the resort are provided. Taxi boats to Tonsai Pier run from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting.

Weddings and private events

The resort hosts Western and Thai-style weddings on the beach. Packages include floral arrangements, music, and a marriage certificate. Complimentary services for couples include breakfast in bed and a fruit basket. Private Tai Chi sessions are held daily at 6:15 PM on the beach.

The villa was close to the beach and had air conditioning. the staff were helpful and friendly. They made everything easy for us. we saw many fish in the sea. We bought a mask and snorkel right on the beach.

the main mode of transport to the hotel is by boat taxi. it can be difficult during high tide as the boats can't always dock at the pier. the hotel restaurant is more expensive than restaurants in the city..

the beach was superb. it had clear, clean water.

the breakfast was the same every day. the smell in the bathroom was really bad. the restaurant food was also terrible, i couldn't eat it.

organized transfer fresh towels excellent food different levels unreliable wifi worn stairs

the staff was very accommodating from arrival. transfers to the pier were well organized. fresh towels were available daily for both the beach and room use. i found the food in the evenings to be excellent.. especially the spice levels that suited individual preferences.

i requested rooms close together given we are a family, but were given rooms on different levels. the wifi connection was unreliable, often nonexistent. concrete stairs leading to the bedroom showed some wear and tear, needing maintenance.
